Step One: Make a loop with the left end of the loop and then feed the right end of the rope under it
Step Two: With the right end of the rope, wrap it around the loop without going through the loop
Step Three: There is a hole made by the right end and the loop, feed the right end through the hole and under itself
Step Four: Pull on all ends to tighten
